Did you know that we change the menu every day? Because our maxim is always to offer you a totally seasonal product. And that if you stay several nights, you have the opportunity to try a new flavour every day. Each night consists of a 7-course menu, among which there is always a vegetarian one. And to round off the experience, you can choose between a sweet dessert or a selection of local cheeses.

Local and international wines
Our wine list is also changed often, every 6 months, so that you can try different nuances and enjoy the novelties. Among the variety, we have local wines from different wineries in Ronda and some international wines.
Growing our own garden
And in case you didn’t know, our products are sometimes so local that they come from our own garden, where we grow vegetables and fruit trees. We even have a farm where we produce our own olive oil.
