What to see in Ronda: our most romantic recommendation

If we have to choose a romantic plan in the city, it is undoubtedly to stroll through the centre and look out over the bridges and dreamy viewpoints to contemplate beautiful natural landscapes.
We suggest you take a look at the Puente Nuevo, the most characteristic symbol of the city. This majestic construction links the historic centre with the newer part of the city, on the other side of the gorge. The cave, known as the Tajo de Ronda, is 100 metres deep and has spectacular views. At the end of the bridge you will find a beautiful path known as the Paseo de los Enamorados.
But Ronda is not only this majestic place. Another of the most pleasant places to visit are the Jardines de Blas Infante, from where you can contemplate several viewpoints such as the Mirador de los Reyes.
To enjoy some of the best views of the Ronda countryside, continue along the Paseo de la Alameda to the Mirador de la Peña de Berlanga.
Another very special viewpoint is that of Aldehuela, which allows you to see the Puente Nuevo and the Puente Viejo (also existing).
El Mural de los viajeros románticos (The Mural of the Romantic Travellers), made with tiles, commemorates great writers who set foot in Ronda, such as Washington Irving and Antoine de la Tour, among others.
